RMIT University Building 108 Services Readiness Project Management

Client: RMIT University

Location: Building 108, City Campus

Year: 2014-2015

Challenge: Due to rapidly expanding educational programs, RMIT was tasked with revitalising Building 108 for reoccupation to accommodate additional school requirements. With tight time constraints, and significant asset renewal requirements, RMIT required a swift program for reoccupation.

FGA Role: FGA was engaged by RMIT University to manage Services Readiness at Building 108, which included coordinating a program of assessments, rectification works, compliance audits, and building testing in quick succession in order to reoccupy the building.

Outcomes: FGA completed all works and testing prior to reoccupation, and met all project deadlines.
