Project Management

We provide complete project delivery of built environment upgrades from conception through to completion. Our Project Management service provides specialist expertise in Technical Project Management that targets complex infrastructure services, including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, up to large scale whole precinct services upgrades. FG Advisory is product independent and we manage every step of delivery, including user groups consultation, running workshops, liaising with stakeholders, managing contractors, and overseeing the whole project from start to finish. Our Project Managers also work onsite, allowing us close control and coordination of project delivery. With a team of specialised engineers advising during the project, we don’t only manage the process but leverage our resources to manage technical risk and ensure completion of design intent – minimising risk and maximising outcomes.
